I came across an old article on Huffington Post the other day. It was about Intuitive Eating. I remember hearing about this a few years ago but I think it got lost among all the other diets and fads that we are bombarded with every day.
But the opening paragraph of this article got me hooked and I read it through.
Eat when you’re hungry. Stop when you’re full. Don’t see food as “good” or “bad.” Eat what you want, when you want.
That’s it. A common sense approach to food that helps us to just relax about food.
