Our Empowered Self Defence (ESD) Workshop is fun, practical, and inspiring—you’ll learn simple physical moves alongside powerful verbal skills and boundary-setting tools. Designed with a trauma-informed approach, ESD helps you build confidence, recognise risks, and respond effectively to challenging situations.

But ESD is about more than safety—it’s about empowerment. You’ll walk away feeling stronger, clearer, and more connected to your own choices.

Every ticket makes a difference. This special fundraiser is open to all who identify as women, with 100% of proceeds funding free workshops for survivors of trauma.
